Our Team
Designer/Developer, Partner
As reflected in our name, Joe is our founding owner and jack-of-all-trades. He dabbles in design, development and account management, and he sees his main job as keeping the team busy and establishing a unified house style and quality. He graduated with the first Digital Design class of the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design in 1999 and has remained focused on growing, learning, and creating amazing work ever since. He started his freelance adventure in 2004, the business gradually grew, and it fully transformed into the collective Webster Interactive LLC in the summer of 2010.
Principal Developer, Partner
Tim is also our owner and developer, and you will usually find him pouring over some hi-tech Actionscript code and trying to hack the arcane API’s of one learning management system or another. Tim has a BS and Masters in theoretical physics and has worked at the University of Kentucky , Curtis, Inc., and Fifth Third Bank as an interactive media developer and manager. He achieved his mastery of e-learning and learning management systems through hard-earned experience throughout the evolution of computer-based training since 1995.
Graphic Designer
Adam Davis has been with us since early 2011 and is always ready to take on another graphics challenge with a great positive attitude. He studied Interactive Media at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and briefly worked in the video game industry at Activision before relocating to southern Ohio. He likes to approach problems systematically and work on a diverse range of projects, from web and traditional print projects, to motion design and MS Office (gasp!) design.
Web Developer
Jim is a fully dedicated web developer, and he primarily spends his time creating custom PHP applications. Before joining us in the summer of 2011, Jim was a freelance developer for three years, and he studied networking at Southwestern College in Franklin, Ohio. Jim is a valuable contributor to our application projects, and he has the good attitude and patience needed to solve big problems.
Web Developer
Larry is a dedicated developer, and he devotes his time to several different types of projects. With a good mastery of some of the most popular content management systems in use today, especially WordPress and Drupal, he contributes extensively to our custom themes and plugins/modules for off-the-shelf systems. He also assists as needed with custom application development and server administration. Larry holds an Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati, and has extensive experience as a developer for Luxottica, Opinion 1, and developing his own off-the-shelf software products independently.
Office Manager
Since we are not a large operation, Matt plays a number of different roles to keep our office running smoothly. He handles the management of administrative functions, performs research, assists with data entry, and contributes to quality assurance. After working as a loan officer in the mortgage business, Matt has a strong background in accounting and financs, and he also has experience in safety and shipping/receiving. He provides invaluable help to every other member of our team.
