We’re a group of web and e-learning specialists who believe that great work springs from great ideas. We like the freedom of being a small and lean team, running our projects with very little bureaucracy or sales pressure, and passing the benefits of our approach on to our customers.

Our Philosophy

As technology and design specialists, we know that we can do our best work only in freedom from corporate and political pressures. We’ve been inside larger agencies and on internal teams, and although we’ve had valuable experiences there, we were constrained and annoyed by non-productive work. As freelancers, we’ve seen excessive layers of managers between the customer and the worker, driving prices up and obscuring communication.

So as much as possible, our philosophy is to eliminate barriers between the customer and worker, to create an open and flexible environment, to be inspired by cutting edge developments in our field, and to use all of these advantages to bring awesome products to our customers with each and every project.

1. Integrity – There’s some hanky-panky going on behind the scenes in some aspects of this business, and we want no part of it. We do exactly what we say and resolve any conflicts in the most professional and respectful manner possible.
